About Us

For over 10 years my brother Bill and I have been growing fresh Atlantic salmon for the enjoyment of our customers.  Our goal is to bring value to our customers and controlling production through the whole value chain is now our mission.

Admiral Fish Farms is located on Grand Manan Island in the middle of Canada's Bay of Fundy and we control the product from the time it is an egg in our hatchery to the time we put it on the truck for shipment to you. Our salmon will soon carry the SQF certified seal for every aspect of our production. We are pleased to say that with the strong support of our feed partner, Corey Feeds, even the feed we use in our hatchery and on our farms will soon carry the SQF seal.

We have made a commitment to go SQF all the way. The reason is simple - consumers expect integrity and commitment from those who supply their food and for Bill and I and over 40 employees having the SQF Certification mark on our product is our first step to ensuring customer satisfaction time after time.
